Five Guys Burgers and Fries in Hurricane

Food is good as always, but super stingy on the fries. Ordered a regular size and got that tiny cup of fries and none in the bag. Avoid this location.

Food is delicious, reminds me of In and Out Burger except much more expensive. $16 for a bacon cheeseburger small fries and regular sized drink. Service was great, store was clean and well kept. Only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 was due to the ticket price. Too expensive.

Pretty expensive, but pretty good as well. The waiting time was a little longer because of the unexpected amount of customers they got at non rush hour. It took about 15 minutes which was less than I expected, but that came with a mistake since I asked not to put mushrooms, but they did.

We called from the parking lot and they brought it out curbside. The burgers were good. I especially like the crispy fries... reminds me of the ones at Steak Escape. It's a little expensive for burgers and fries, but what the hey!

Walked out. Im sure they have good burgers, but when I saw the price for a meal (burg, drink, fry) I left. When you can go to Thai Valley or another mom n pop place and get a great meal that last tor two days on some occasions, for the same price as Five guys burger, its a no brainier....

People say they are expensive, but it's worth it. The fries cost a lot because they are fresh cut and you get a ton. I can not stand fast food fries, but these impressed me. To get a burger fries and drink your looking at 15 bucks or so. It's definitely worth a shot if you've never been.

This was my first time visiting this location. I used to frequent the Five Guys in downtown Huntington but that store is no longer open. The service was fast, and the food delicious. I'm not a mystery shopper but if I was the team they had working yesterday would have gotten an excellent report. The work stations were clean, maintained & the once the register employee wasn't busy with customers, Zack, kept up with the dining area.

OUTSTANDING in nearly every way!Great food,store,service and staff. Pricing is a very different thing. Quality ingredients come with an end user cost but these prices are ridiculous.

Excellent service, pricey but delicious. Will go broke eating there regularly so pace yourself.

The food was pretty good, but maybe not $10 per person good.

I would give Five guys five stars But..... The young lady made no effort to be nice or say hello. I had more fun and interaction with the chefs.

I really like grilled onions on my burger. Today's the second time in 3 days I got a cheeseburger here. Overall, fantastic! But the grilled onions were undercooked both times. They were mostly still white. The fries were a little undercooked on Monday, but great today.

They are not allergen (dairy) friendly. Stated there was no dairy in the bread or burger, and my daughter (she's 2) got terribly sick from a reaction after eating here. Turns out the bread and burger BOTH have dairy in them. Please train your employees better.

Prices are way to high. I payed $23 for cheese burger fries drink and a regular shake. Took 20 minutes to get my food and another 15 minutes to get my shake. They wasn’t to busy. Not worth it.

Absolutely the best unfortunately i can not ever go back I am a working man just my employee and i 1 bacon cheeseburger 1 cheeseburger 2 small ff 2 large cokes and the BILL WAS $33.43 AS A WORKING MAN IT WAS A TREAT I CAN NOT AFFORD SIGNED THE WORKING MAN

Always a great experience here. The service and the food and excellent; the people are friendly. Definitely a great place to go when you have a craving for a burger and fries.

Fast, Friendly and always good burgers. The peanuts keep the kids busy as well. Burgers are a little pricey but good to hit every not and then.

Five Guys has a limited but AMAZING menu. The best burger and fries I've had in 57 years in the planet. Even better is that they are consistent. The food here is as good as the food in at the location by my home.

Very good and friendly staff. I agree with drive through or something similar like Panera pickup. A little pricey but if you compare to McDonald’s quarter pounder meal not much difference in price. Huge difference in quality.

The attitude of workers there is among the worst that I have seen ever. They screwed up my order and then got an attitude when I wanted it fixed. Done with this over priced chain.

Amazing burgers and huge orders of fries. A bit pricey, but you get a lot of food. I wish the Huntington location hadn't closed!

The food was fresh and hot

Overpriced burgers and hotdogs, fries too salty, and our stomachs were messed up afterwards. I still would have given 3 stars, but most of the folks that worked there seemed inconvenienced by our visit and we were only the 2nd customers of the day. Going to the Chick-fil-a next time, they always appreciate our business.
